We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious site manager who are early in their career and eager to join a progressive and forward-thinking main contractor. This opportunity is ideal for a dynamic individual who possesses a construction related NVQ, HNC or degree and has prior experience working with a main contractor.

Our business operations encompass a wide geographical area, stretching from the Midlands to Kent. We are currently looking for managers to cover from North London and the Midlands area. As a site manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of your allocated scheme.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Working in the industrial, commercial, education and automotive sectors.
• Assisting the preconstruction and construction teams related to your assigned project or area.
• Overseeing subcontractors involved with your assigned project or area.
• Supervising and leading health and safety on the construction site.
• Collaborating and managing design teams.
• Producing weekly and monthly client facing reports.
• Producing and working to work schedules / programmes.
• Delivering projects in accordance with the schedule, quality, and budgetary requirements.
• Managing client inspections and obtaining approval for completed works.
• Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) set by Now Construction Ltd.
• Hold regular meetings focused on safety, production, and quality.
• Maintaining meticulous and comprehensive records of activities and processes.
