Project Details

Initially, we completed the refurbishment of the unit for the landlord and subsequently secured the fit-out contract from the tenant. The tenant, Porsche, required the transformation of the existing industrial unit into a dealer service centre. The project included the installation of specialised automotive mechanical and electrical systems, workshop auto ramps, car storage areas, custom furniture, new office and canteen spaces, and car valeting facilities.
