Project Details

The project, commissioned by Prologis, entailed refurbishing an existing warehouse, office, and external areas to their original base build specifications in preparation for a new tenant. The scope of works included but not limited to repairing and refurbishing the warehouse slab, repairing and painting cladding, installing a complete suite of level access and dock leveller doors and curtains, external painting, concrete repairs, refurbishing windows, installing entirely new mechanical and electrical systems, and fitting out new office reception and toilet facilities.
