This project involved an existing commercial unit, originally owned by Prologis and leased by Mothercare, which underwent a significant transition when Tesla became the new tenant. With Tesla's vision for a flagship showroom and service centre, our role encompassed executing enabling works on behalf of Prologis to restore the building to its original base build. This encompassed a comprehensive scope, including extensive asbestos removal and demolition, roofing and cladding repairs, concrete restoration, and thorough cleaning, ensuring the space was primed and ready for Tesla's bespoke fit-out.
