The project, commissioned by a prominent client, centred on renovating an existing industrial unit to facilitate its readiness for new tenant occupation. Beyond the customary tasks expected on these types of projects, such as addressing roofing, cladding, and painting requirements, as well as installing comprehensive mechanical and electrical systems and executing an office fit-out, we undertook additional measures to prepare the unit for subdivision into two distinct spaces. This entailed installing an additional staircase and reconfiguring internal walls to align with the new layout. The unit benefitted from an improved EPC rating.
