The project centred on revitalising an existing industrial unit to meet the needs of potential tenants for the building owner. It involved a range of tasks, such as repairing and painting the roofing and cladding, installing new rooflights and level access doors, realigning external personnel and level access doors, fitting out new office, reception, and toilet areas, and installing completely new mechanical and electrical systems.
