Adam has 24 years Commercial and Estimating experience in construction (Commercial Office, Industrial / Logistics, Education, Infrastructure Rail and Civil sectors). He has developed a specialism in tendering and estimating projects within the fast track and commercial sectors and now leads Now Constructions Ltd estimating function.
Prior to Joining Now Construction Ltd Adam held the position of Estimating Director at Glencar Construction for 4 years, where he led the Estimating and preconstruction teams across 3 regional offices and was instrumental in growing the company from £2m to £400m business.
Adam brings a fresh perspective to any project and is an expert in producing alternative and cost-effective solutions for all types of projects from concept through to completion.
Adam has a broad sector knowledge and background and has great communication and leadership skills. His meticulous eye for detail delivers informed accurate tenders and cost plans to the highest quality and accuracy.
