With over 28 years’ experience in the Industry working previously with Tier 1 Main Contractors, as well as a spell in private practice, Nick’s most recent position prior to joining Now Construction was as Senior Commercial Manager with Willmott Dixon Interiors, a company to which he worked with for over 14 years. His experience is vast working over the years on both New Build and Refurbishment schemes in the Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Health and Education sectors, undertaking various key commercial roles.
Nick has always maintained a high level of professionalism and actively sits as panel member for the RICS APC professional interview process for candidates wanting to obtain Chartered surveyor status.
Nick prides himself on his management style of fostering close working relationships, with clients, professional teams and colleagues alike, through a philosophy of honesty, openness, recognition, and teamwork.
In his spare time Nick is a family man and enjoys coaching rugby and when time permits the rare quiet moment on the bank fishing, trying to catch the one that always gets away!
